I had the pleasure of attending an interactive workshop at Mumbrella SAGE run by the ever vibrant and engaging Janey Francis from Scarlett Strategic Solutions. From the beginning until the end, Janey was absolutely exceptional and this workshop easily stood out as the highlight of the day. Built around the idea of emotional intelligence, Janey was able to easily explain and bring to life a complex topic in a short period of time, giving attendees unique insights into ourselves, our colleagues and our clients. There is no doubt this was highly valued within the business, encouraging our leadership team to take this back to the office and share the knowledge which we still refer to today.
